The quickest way to start is to call, text or email with one sentence about your business and one about the problem you'd most like gone. The number for calls and texts is (604) 632-4959; the email address is Ali@Sedighi.ca. We're available Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. We usually reply within one business day. The first 30-minute conversation is free and carries no obligation.

How to reach us
Answer first: use whichever channel you'd use with a colleague. All three reach the same person.
- Call (604) 632-4959 if you'd rather explain out loud.
- Text (604) 632-4959. A short first message is enough; we take it from there.
- Email Ali@Sedighi.ca if you want to include numbers, a rough org chart or a description of your week.
We meet owners in person or by video call. Phone, text, email and shared documents fill the gaps.
What to include in your first message
You don't need to prepare a brief. A few lines give us enough to make the first conversation useful.
- Your business: what you do, roughly how many people, and which part of Coquitlam you work from or serve.
- The symptom: what goes wrong most often, in your own words.
- Your week: roughly how many hours you work, and how much of it is admin or interruptions.
- What you've tried: a consultant, a new app, a promoted lead hand. It helps to know what didn't work.
- Timing: anything coming up, such as a busy season, a new hire or a second location.
A template you can copy
Hi, I run [Business name], a [type of business] in [Coquitlam neighbourhood] with about [number] people. I work around [hours] a week and the biggest problem is [one sentence]. We've tried [what you tried]. Could we talk on [day or time]?
Replace the brackets and send it by text or email.
What happens next
Here's the sequence most owners go through. Nothing in it commits you to anything until step four.
- We reply, usually within one business day, to arrange a time.
- The first conversation, 30 minutes and free. We ask questions and tell you plainly whether we can help.
- A short written proposal if it's a fit: the problem, the format (hourly, project or retainer), the outputs, the measures and the price, plus 5% GST.
- You decide. If you agree, we start with the baseline: a time log, a role inventory or a first scorecard, depending on the service.
Sometimes the honest answer is that you need a bookkeeper, a lawyer or simply a good hire rather than us, and we'll tell you that in the first call.
Before you get in touch
If you'd like to understand our approach first, three pages help most. The services overview explains the five services and how to choose between them. The pricing page shows each format and what drives the cost. The guides let you try the owner time audit, the first-manager decision and the weekly scorecard yourself.
A reminder of scope: we do business and management consulting. We don't provide legal, employment-law, payroll, accounting, tax or workplace-safety advice, and we don't do any hands-on trade or clinical work. If your question belongs with a lawyer, an accountant or a regulator, we'll tell you who to ask.
A note on privacy
What you send us is used to reply to you and prepare for the conversation, and nothing else. We only email people who have contacted us first. The site's privacy page explains how phone, text and email contact is handled.
When you're ready, call, text or email. You'll talk to a senior strategist, not a sales desk. More answers are in the FAQ, and the about page explains who we are.
Frequently asked questions
Which is better: call, text or email?
Whichever suits you. A text is fine for a first hello; email works best if you want to send numbers or a rough description of your week. A call is quickest if you'd like to talk it through.
What happens in the first conversation?
It's 30 minutes, free and without obligation. We ask about your business, your week and the problem you most want gone, and we tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No, but a few rough numbers help: your weekly hours, how many people report to you and one recent example of something that went wrong because you weren't available.
Will you share my information?
No. What you send is used only to reply to you and to prepare for your conversation. We only email people who have contacted us first.
